Pricing is based on the number of members in your Chama. We offer three tiers: Starter (1-20 members), Growth (21-60 members), and Business (61-150 members). For 150+ members, please contact our sales team for a custom quote.
How long is the free trial?
We offer a 30-day free trial on all plans. No credit card required to start. You'll have full access to all features during the trial period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers. All payments are securely processed through our payment partners.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees for any of our plans. You can start using Jazisha immediately after signing up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Your data will remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
What happens if I exceed my member limit?
If you exceed your member limit, you'll be automatically upgraded to the next tier. You'll receive a notification before any charges are applied.
